Bute & Co — Restaurant in Wales

The woman serving was lovely but my food took so long to come and I was the only person in there. I ordered the vegan sausage baguette and it was a very basic bread roll with two sausages and packet brown sauce on the side. It was meant to come with cheese and it didn't. I visited a while ago and the waiter took so long to come and take our order that we walked out so I won't be trying again which is a shame as it's nice inside and could be a really nice place to go. There are places serving better food in Cardiff for a similar price...

Worst experience of my life! Went to have some lovely breakfast, ordered two bacon rolls and a coffee and it took way over an hour to come! No updates from the restaurant. Tried to call them five times no answer. We had to walk all the way to the restaurant in order to complain and resolve the situation and finally get our food.Ridiculous service! Would never...
