Think whoever is incharge of this event need to reconsider some of their staff(particularly 2 of them!and them being horrible miserable womensitting in the boxes taking payment for the rides(and those rides tonight were the circus fun house,and the dodgems)
I'm sure winterwonderland came about to let family's enjoy some Christmas fun and cheer heading into Christmas the most wonderful time of the year"and all that!..well these 2 women(yr staff members) which I've pointed out,they really aint giving Christmas spirit,no general politeness,even a fake act of happy because everyone should be giving in their job role no matter what!......where did you find these pair of unfriendly...miserable...people haters...rude...unfriendly with their customers!,sour face women!!!...and not just finding them,hiring them to work for you!,sure you can do better than that!!!!.....their attitudes to their customers is enough to cause uneeded trouble!,and dampen peoples festive spirits!...think they need pulling in for some training on customer service,but more importantly just how to be polite,kind and well mannered,be even better they could possibly manage a smile!.... But on a positive note,no problems or uncomfortable feelings from all the other staff throughout cardiff...

Read moreAnnual tradition visiting Cardiff Winter wonderland every year, and it has not changed much as year passes. Worth spending time for a couple of hours with family/ friends, with quite a few good rides and food stalls. It has been well organized this year (2024), with a good variety. Not very cheap, but not very expensive either. Nowhere close to London’s winter wonderland though.
Food stalls: There are about 10 odd food stalls - a couple of Hot chocolate, coffee stalls, burger/ Hot dog stalls, a beer parlour etc. around a spacious seating area.
Rides - The usual ones with nothing standing out. Ideal for children. There's a lot of staff around, which makes it easier to navigate around.
