This is unacceptable.I'd asked for a medium hazelnut latte with cream. When the person behind the counter placed my latte on the counter I told him that he had forgotten the cream.Instead of putting the latte in a bigger mug he'd asked the other person that was with him to put cream on top. You can see by the photo the coffee had over flowed.I won't be going back there any soon.

Overall Experience - a lot of variety of cakes and beverages to select from. Aroma of coffee is amazing 1. Cake - too sweet, portion is small, falls apart easily 2. Hot chocolate - whipped cream is nice, mixes well with hot chocolate, too milky for me 3. Service - friendly staff 4. Serving time - 15 mins 5. Affordability - affordable 6. Atmosphere - clean

Just like yours and many other, coffee is inevitable to me as well. I used to love the green booster but it's shame that they don't do it anymore. But they do something for which Nero deserves a compliment. Yes, special caramel latte. If you haven't, then it's worth a try. And a special thanks to my brother Shafwan - ( @Shaf.1 ) who gave me warm welcome.

Caring and helpful staff and patrons.

Best drinks: oat milk chai tea, oat milk cappuccino Best food: plant-based sausage rolls

We visited this place several times over multiple days while thru-hiking Snowdonia and northern Wales. There are a lot of outlets for charging and the cozy atmosphere of the cafe makes for a perfect respite during inevitably rainy Welsh days.

On one of our days here, an elderly woman fell and became slightly injured. The staff helped her and was generally quite kind and accommodating. The real hero here though, deserves to be lauded publicly, though I do not know her name and doubt she will see this. One of the patrons, a young woman, helped the elderly woman, talked with her until she felt herself recovered enough to part, and sat with her for a significant amount of time. I realize this has nothing to do with the cafe, but felt her efforts and kindness needed to be...

I visited on a Sunday morning, whilst waiting for the shops to open. Service was slow despite being the only person at the counter. The table that I sat at was wet from the bottom of the tray. I wiped it with a serviette; it was filthy. As usual, it is a comfortable place to be. Great light from the huge windows and great for watching the world go by! I had to use the unisex toilet. There was no handle on the outward opening door, so I had to hook my finger into the keyhole to open it (not good for the nail varnish!). Sadly it too was filthy. I even took photos of the floor and the bin as I was so disgusted. Surely the cleaning should be done at the end of each day so that you start with a, literally,...

It's an okay place to get a quick bite and a hot drink. However, the place needs some TLC. The floor near the entrance has lost its varnish and looks very worn out. Then there is the issue of the toilets, they need proper cleaning. All the necessary stuff is there but lacks proper care. I know covid restrictions have been relaxed but it's worrying that stuff have no covid procedures in place and were not...
