Turkish Manager is very abrupt and rude. 4 of us had 2 alcoholic drinks each on the small balcony where views were lovely. All ok until we came to pay the bill. Shorts with mixer are around £4 so we estimated the bill would be just over £30. My friend handed over her card and was charged £64!!! When questioned, he said we'd been given doubles! At no time did any of us ask for a double and we were never offered one. We told him this and he said we should've known by the taste (we all had tall mixers). Then he blamed the waitress by saying "look at her, she's only 16" As if to say "what do you expect" We should've replied with "she's under age to serve alcohol" (imagine she's being paid a pittance). Eventually, after a heated discussion (my friends could hear him shouting from half way down the street), he reluctantly gave us £15 back, which should've been £30 but we just wanted to get out of there. Never been served by such a rude and obnoxious person in my life. Have already advised friends never to go there and we will never visit again. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!

*Dreamy breakfast by the ocean* Went there when on a two days business trip near by and had by far my best breakfast experience ever, so far! Starting of course from the ambiance with a heavenly almost unreal view of the ocean, the colorful simply beautiful house fronts, the greenery filled mountain lines, and the hopeful open horizon view that was made complete with the professional yet friendly family energy of the staff and the mouthwatering tummy fulfilling breakfast. My husband and I got 3 plates to share; first the energy pumping Scandinavian breakfast that was made perfect with the muesli bowl with its fresh yogurt and fruits, and the crunchy nuts, seeds and dried banana slices, we also got two rolls egg roll which was very fresh, filling and nice but a bit basic but we also got to try the vegan roll which was the additional warming flavors full rich plate that added to all I mentioned made this experience unforgettable!

Spotted this café while on holiday in Tenby and decided to eat there on our last day. I phoned to see if I could book a table but was told that they didn’t take bookings during the day so we decided to call in and hope they had a table available. We went about 2pm and they were only seating tables for lunch which was fine for us but I think some people were turned away as they only wanted drinks. We were seated inside but they have a small terrace which overlooks the sea with great views. Our food was lovely. We both had the stuffed avocado and shared a huge Greek salad. The staff were very friendly and the café is in a central location. Highly recommended, especially if you like Greek food.

Rude and bullying owner. Avoid.

We didn’t even get to try the food as we had a very embarrassing experience and left. By far the rudest and most aggressive owner/manager we’ve ever encountered.

If you care about customer service and the working environment of the staff, I would suggest you don’t visit here.

After queueing outside we had a chat with the waitress, who was friendly and helpful. We needed to sit on the terrace as we had our small dog with us. As there wasn’t a table available on the terrace my wife asked if we could wait inside. The waitress said that was fine and that we could sit in the corner.

We followed the waitress into the restaurant where the owner then stopped us and started aggressively questioning why we felt we could just come inside and sit down. I explained that the waitress brought us inside and he called me a liar! Keep in mind all this was happening in a busy restaurant. So embarrassing.

He said that the waitress did not agree to us waiting inside (she absolutely did). I asked the waitress why she wasn’t explaining what had happened to the owner. She was clearly wary of him (rightly so!) and reversed her story, saying that she didn’t say anything. Remember, we only came inside as she said it was fine and let us in! It was all so bizarre, but we didn’t blame the waitress. There’s clearly a culture of fear where the poor staff not only have to manage their busy jobs, but also have to manage a bullying and aggressive owner/manager.

The owner came around from the bar and started shouting at my wife, asking her why she’d want to sit at a table that hadn’t been cleaned, and that she had to give them a chance. So embarrassing and unnecessary.

I would suggest you read the reviews on here and trip advisor. You’ll see many reviews like this, and having encountered the behaviours ourselves, we can we’ll believe they...

Ordered food and drinks for two adults. Asked if I could buy my daughter (who's just started eating solids) a slice of toast with some butter on and was told it wasn't possible because there is not enough room in the kitchen?! How on earth did my husband manage to get a TOASTED teacake then? We'd have preferred a simple no, this isn't something we do rather than this absolute load of rubbish excuse, when we are sat in plain view of a rather empty kitchen with a toaster in the corner. To make the already bad taste worse, the highchair strap wasn't fully adjustable meaning baby girl kept slipping out of it and we ended up having to hold her in shifts. Then the same unpleasant grey haired man that required a bigger kitchen to make toast came over and asked if we were finished with the highchair only to put it back into storage. Power move maybe? Who knows, just all very odd. Such a shame because if baby could have eaten and could sit in an adequate seat we would have likely stayed for a second drink as otherwise it has pretty views and the food was okay. Bit small though and I wouldn't recommend...

Bad Attitude to single people!! Asked if I could sit outside. He said he would check. He said no, when I requested a little corner table that was free I was shunted to tiny table half in an old fire place too near to other customers. I tried to sit but found it awkward. Then people outside left so I said I was going outside to which they sent a largish male waiter who deliberately blocked my way and tried to say he wa ted my order before I could even look at the menu. He was overbearing too close and said they needed the outside table for three people but I could only see 2 seats at that table. I tried to look but the waiter stood in my way. He said he wanted my order so I asked if he could give me couple of minutes. I tried to sit again but now felt uncomfortable with the way I was being threat and that they were only interested in profit not service. They need to treat all their customers with respect not just the ones they think cash cows. In the end I had no choice but to walk out because of how I was made to feel. Singletons enter at your peril. I was unserved & it ruined my...
