Chicken Lads — Restaurant in Wales

Ordered from just eat.. stated was assigning driver .. but was 30 minutes late. Contacted them and they were apologetic, friendly and stated this was due to just eat assigning a driver. I agreed to pick up and when I did, they were super friendly, polite, explained the process and even showed me the just eat and what it was saying. The manager explained he had been on the phone to just eat for 20 minutes and after I had collected my order, he said he will ring them and get me a refund as I have drive. Far. Waited ages. Took my money and then announced the food would be a while. They weren't joking. I would've asked for my money back and gone elsewhere but the guy behind the counter had disappeared. Poor service and the food wasn't great when it did arrive. I shan't be going back.

Order very frequently from here and it’s always been great. Tonight I ordered a meal deal that states chips are included. Didn’t get the chips. Called up, to be told I should of mentioned I wanted chips in the order comments. The meal deal says it comes with chips. Why do I need to add the contents of the meal deal in the comments? Ridiculous. Won’t be ordering here again - just solely based on how the situation was handled (aka I should of asked for something that’s included and they won’t even rectify the issue)....
