Coffi Lab Whitchurch — Restaurant in Wales

On our latest visit I again asked for coffee extra hot but it was still only luke warm, it’s expensive to have coffee that’s not up to standard. The staff are very abrupt so that put me off going back to the counter as it was busy , I felt like they would of made me feel uncomfortable telling them . Also there was two dogs sat up on the chairs with their heads on the table , one was licking the table ….. not hygienic at all , I don’t mind dogs being in there but surly they should not be up on the chairs let alone licking the table. No one was clearing/cleaning tables so some poor person sat at the table after they had left , we were on our way out or I would of made these people aware of what had happened so they could of least asked for the table to be cleaned . This has really put us off visiting again which is a shame as we haven't long found this coffee shop and enjoy the food and cake , also the coffee …....

Having been here prior to this visit, I was expecting similar to the past. It is very sad when a good place decides to expand and loses what made it a special place to begin with. All drinks were good to very good but any food now seems factory processed and dry. The place was far too busy for the amount of staff and as a result all Seemed poor in comparison to the past visit a year ago. I felt for the young staff as they were trying but it was clearly under staffed. Toilets were disgusting and queues were long. It was sad to see as this particular place I had fond...
