Coltman's Kitchen — Restaurant in Wales

Don’t waste your time!!! Ordered at 9am via just eat, delivery time should’ve been 10.15. I recieved a call at 10.30 to say that delivery driver had just left and the food would be with us in 10 minutes. 11am came and still no sign of the food so I called back, I was then told there was multiple deliveries in my area and the driver was on their way. I raised concerns as it had now been over 2 hours since I placed my order and as the food had been in a car for over half an hour that I expect the food would be cold and I was going out at 11.20! I was advised to call back when the food arrives and they would see what they could do. The food was eventually delivered at 11.13 and as expected was cold and soggy. I called the restaurant as I was advised to however I was then told that as I ordered through just eat I had to contact them which I have. The food was cold, fried eggs were missing from the breakfast, bread was soggy (I did order toast however would not class what I recieved as toast, no colouring to it) hash browns were soggy and falling apart and the scrambled egg was overcooked and mostly black. If I could leave 0stars I would. Don’t bother ordering you will spend most of your morning...

Placed an order through JustEat at 9:17am and it stated the delivery would be between 10:15 - 10:30, we only ordered a vegetarian breakfast, bacon bap, scrambled egg on toast and an extra couple hash browns...

Got to 10:30 and nothing, pressed the JustEat (order is late) button and it said "Updated Order, your order will arrive at 10:45... It became 10:45 and still nothing then JustEat gave me the number of the restaurant to call them.

Called a good few times and it continued to fail to connect so we kept calling every 10 minutes until they finally answered at 11:20 and told me the order is no where near ready and would be at least an extra 30 minutes... ended up cancelling the order, driving to Asda getting the bits myself and cooking it myself, seeing as we had already been waiting 2 hours for something that takes 10 minutes and that they hadn't...

If I could give 0 stars I would. Came in for breakfast, there were around 6 people in the cafe all together. We were told they had a new chef and that there may be a delay as they were busy. We asked how long as had an appointment in 45minutes, we were told only 10 minutes which was fine. 35minutes later we still had nothing, we told the lady at the counter we had to go due to the appointment and she preceded to argue with us saying that we should have just waited and that she said she was running behind on orders by ten minutes and that it wasn't a ten minute wait. It was incredibly embarrassing. Absolutely...
