Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Wales

Went here yesterday 27/10/22 Will never go here again Very disappointed and so angry I've got the app so I go up to the till and I had a free hot drink that needed to be used by 27/10/2022 and I also had a free drink which expiry date was for March 2023. Anyway girl at the till asks what I would like I explain to her I would like to use my free hot drink please asks what I want I tell her a large gingerbread latte please she then says I have to pay 50p for the syrup I say nope I don't it's a free drink oh ok she then asks another girl she says what I said but then the other girl says but ya can't have large only medium I'm like why again its a free drink ya can have any size anyway I get the drink girl at till scans my app I look at it and she's took my free drink not the free hot drink that had to be used yesterday so I query it and she blames me. I came in yesterday morning with my wife, the place seems very clean and tidy however one member of staff was extremely rude and obnoxious, she seemed to get very frustrated and angry when I asked her if there was any extra napkins available. The lady rolled her eyes towards me and was huffing, which I found extremely rude. We ordered 2 coffees both were subpar for a big chain such as Costa. I've visited a few Costas in the past few weeks-- and every single venue has the same health problems!! Tables constantly left needing to be cleared AND cleaned, long after customers have vacated ( and chairs pushed everywhere) Floors needing a clean up-- and toilets an absolute disgrace!!( And that includes no toilet paper in any)!!!
