Where do I start the youngish man who served us today was so rude! First off he did one drink at a time and one item of food at a time so by the time we had the last item the first member of our party had finished their food. He cannot make frappes either! I took it back it was supposed to be chocolate but it just tasted like milk so I took it back and he had a literal strop! Clashing trays of dishes grunting at me. The other customers were just as shocked. He then proceeded to remake my drink but the wrong one he gave me a salted caramel instead I wasn’t going to ask him to change it again I think I he may have walked out in anger. The packaging can be improved, especially for takeaway cakes. Instead of quickly dumping it into a paper bag like cookies, which ruins the cake, the cake can be put in little boxes. The staff should have refreshing training sessions for making drinks and be more attentive to service. While waiting, I observed how one of the staff made hot drinks for other customers, it seems dont bother about quality. What happened to me today was that the staff made my drinks and put them at the back of the counter. Pretty disgusting as you can see from the photos. This was on a Sunday morning. My friend & I had a coffee & pastry for breakfast but regretted it the minute we sat down. Wasps everywhere and absolutely filthy. There's no excuse for lack of cleanliness but it just looks tired, dated and soulless too. We went out of convenience but won't return.
