Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Wales

I love Costa but my experience here was just awful. I ordered the new Maple Hazel iced latte with Ultimate blend milk. I was asked if I wanted cream to which I said ‘no thank you’. My drink came with cream and I informed the female server I had asked for no cream but stated she could just remove the cream and I would take the drink but she snatched it away. She made me another drink but as I walked out it tasted funny and I could tell it was normal milk and not ultimate blend. I went back and informed the male server it was the wrong milk and he asked the female server what milk she had used. She bluntly said it was semi skimmed without any apology. This worries me due to people with allergies! The male server apologised and then told me he would make the drink for me which he did. I then left, only to realise he had not put the Maple Hazel in it!! I didn’t go back because after 3 times of getting it wrong I had little faith of them getting it right and the attitude of the female server was terrible. I won’t go back to this...

Everyone one has their own experience, and with my reviews i tend to either rip the establishment apart or truly rate it, in this case i rate it, personally i use this place virtually everyday during my lunch break, i have never had a problem with the staff, they have always been kind and nice people to talk to and efficient, always get my coffee spot on even to the point they know what i will ask for before i have even paid, i really fight the urge to be cruel and ask for something else just to catch them off guard, i'm a coffee addict and they feed my addiction with a smile, all the best from the large...
