5 Stars – Outstanding Service at Greggs, Morfa Shopping Park, Swansea

Visited Greggs in Morfa Shopping Mall with my family and had a genuinely impressive experience. The standout was a staff member named Steve, whose service truly went above and beyond.

Every request we made, no matter how specific or even slightly inconvenient was met with a friendly "yes." Even when certain items weren’t ready, Steve was more than happy to prepare them fresh without hesitation. His helpful attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction really set the tone for our visit.

The food was as expected, tasty, hot, and fresh, but it was the exceptional service that made this visit memorable. A great example of what customer care should look like.

This is the only Greggs in Swansea I would go to.it’s next level great staff excellent customer service and they even remember me and my little daughter by name now if ever a problem it’s out right but hardly ever there is one and we go ther E about three times a week. When it comes to the other Greggs in Swansea In every other one I have encountered rudeness, lack of hygiene and quality issues but this one there is never an issue at all and the one or two times there was with the coffee being a bit bitter it was dealt with kindly Rhys is very lovely and all the staff who I can’t remember their names are amazing you keep us coming back and we will prob see...

I sent my partner to collect surprise bag order at 7 pm on wednesday 12th of June , staff told him to confirm collection on app , as soon as he confirmed collection the staff became rude and said its too late cant give you the order. He was returned withput order and we could not do anything because collection was confirmed so basically got scammed.
