KFC Swansea - Morfa Shopping Park — Restaurant in Wales

Avoid at all costs. If I could rate lower I would, the staff were extremely rude, waited ten minutes after being parked up for our food to then be handed to the wrong car, after that car then told the women that it wasn’t their order she proceeded to hand us our order straight after the other customers having their hands all over it, the packaging it was given to us in looked like it had been attacked by rodents and, the food was cold which makes no sense if we had to park for fresh food, food was also under filled, ordered a rice box but wanted to replace the lettuce with rice and they just got rid of the lettuce completely, would’ve been happy to pay for extra rice if they had told me that they’d only fill half the box unlocks every other kfc have done where it’s just been rice and chicken which is what I ordered? And the fries I had were half full and stone cold, tasted like they’d been sat there for a good 20 minutes under the broken heat lamp they have, honestly the worst experience I’ve had at a kfc or any fast food restaurant for that matter, avoid as much as possible wouldn’t be surprised if they’ve given someone food poisoning recently with the standards they...

I went to the morfa KFC yesterday with my son and best friend and when we arrived these teenagers were throwing food around the place the lady who served me asked the boys to leave but they still kept on throwing food around so I stepped in and I asked them to leave they gave me lip but then I had to throw them out I told them not to come back again this is a business not a play ground so left after I told them to. The lady who served me thanked me for it she said well done love to me I told her if I see them boys in here again I will tell them to leave she said ok. Wow after spending £35+ and getting the food home I wished I’d check it in the car. The chicken pieces had seen better days! They looked like they had been cooked more than 4 times were rock hard and not edible at all, I asked for 3 pieces and chips - chips were cold and triple warmed and hard, I had a chicken wing which had hardly any chicken on it and what I had was hard, a drumstick that had been over cooked at least by 4 times which made it shrink, the chicken was brown and I am not sure it was even fit for human consumption- and a tiny half circle of what I can only suggest had fallen off another piece of chicken and was being counted as a portion!
