Costa — Restaurant in Wales

The service is ok ... By which I mean it is functional but disinterested - that's fine, I didn't come in to chat. What winds me up however is that the disinterest extends to making the coffee. I DID come in for coffee and it isn't cheap so I'd like it made properly. Yes, I'd like ALL the previous grinds out. yes, I'd like you NOT to miss the first 10% of the shot because you misplaced the espresso mug AGAIN. No, a flat white isn't just a small latte. Situated in a lovely spot in town, very convenient. As a "brand" coffee shop, ad you'd expect, the food and drinks are of the same good quality ad all other Costa shops. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The toilet had needed attention for week's now, and could do with a good and regular clean. I'm sure the manager has requested it's repair, but cleanliness needs attention. The fabric chair's and settees would benefit from daily spraying of fabric freshener as my clothes always smell of cigarettes after visiting. Been imto the shop a couple of times recently since they have a new manager WILL NOT be going in there again im one of many that will not be returning due to the way that the new manager spaeks to the staff she shouts at them on the shop floor and swears not what me and my kids want to hear when we go for coffee from a manager that has been heard more than once saying that she despises children .
