The worst delivery driver ive had delivery my food yet, she don't smile she don't speak she just handed my food over and walked away, asked her a simple question and she didn't even answer, the boss on the phone is rude and needs to learn customer services, the best delivery I had was when the young man delivered it to me, he smiled and greeted me with manners and he even asked how my day had been, this man knows how to make customers happy, IF I ever order from there again I hope my review is read by the owner and he sends that lovely man back as he is definitely the best person at this shop, also the food is always burnt but not worth complaining to the shop about because the man on the phone hangs up, only 2 nights of the week there is a good cook there it's friday/ Saturday nights. DANIEALS OWNER PLEASE READ THIS AND LISTEN THAT WOMAN DRIVER YOU HAVE IS GOING TO LOSE YOU BUSINESS. EITHER RETRAIN HER OR FIRE HER AND THE PERSON ON PHONE TOO NEEDS...

Usually I give this place 5 stars for both food and service, but they let me down big time on Friday. Food arrived almost freezing after hour of waiting and were also missing the extra can from my order. I requested a refund for the missing can and you guys only gave me £0.70 back for something that was £1.40. That's sly, end of story. Always wondered why Daniels had 3.9 stars on Google and now I have my answer lol

Shame because in the past you've normally been quite good, but you all really dropped the ball on this order. Doubt I'll order from...

Whats happened to this place? I always rated there food best in barry. Used them for a long time and always been spot on. But just waited over an hour 20 mins for takeaway burger and chips. Delivery driver apologised but when I opened the food it was cold. Rang them to be told sorry were busy tonight. Piss poor service and meal tonight for a place I used to love and appreciate there food pull you're finger out. I really would avoid this place unless you want a dissapointing outcome....
