Domino's Pizza - Cardiff - Llandaff — Restaurant in Wales

Appalling experience at Domino's Pizza place, Llandaff (Llantrisant Road Business Park) on 27 May 2019. I went in person to buy a gluten free pizza as I have done on numerous occasions previously. But, this time, I was told that I could only purchase a gluten free pizza if I bought it online. I pointed out that I don't have internet access on my phone and, actually, I have never purchased anything online. I said that it made no sense anyway as I was there in person. I was told that this 'was for my own safety' and there was no way that I could be sold a pizza in person. I believe this is ridiculous. In fact, if anything, it makes more sense for me to be there in person so that if there was anything to discuss, regarding gluten free issues, I am there in person to discuss them. For some reason they try to add £10to all delivery prices.if you check online and the delivery price is £20. They will tell you it’s £30 if you make the same order over the phone. When you ask for the manager some of the employees will put you on hold. Never to return. Beyond awful delivery service with uncopreble and uncooperative drivers with lack of communication. Waited over 40 minutes for the delivery to arrive at the address which was clearly started with the right post code and details and then any attempt of help from the main service resulted in the order to be cancelled and 7 people left...
