Would like to point out this is A ZERO RATING:

Ordered at 6.48pm still no pizza within an hour yet on the app states delivered, called up and spoke to a woman who said its on its way and should call within 10mins, after this point no order within time frame given, called again spoke to a gentleman of which says the app is not accurate when it shows delivered this is not the case, when asked then why invest in this app then if it provides incorrect information had no response, this happened before and took matters to head office to be given a credit now this is the SECOND TIME as I thought last time I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, there won't be a THIRD! What a diabolical service and the staff don't even believe in their own brand by providing negative report about their own app. A diabolical service for such a big company and all your staff need to attend customer service as being addressed as 'mate' I find highly unprofessional. Sorry dominoes I will tell all friends and family about you and advise them to go elsewhere for a better all...

I would want to state this is a zero rating. I will be contacting head office as when placed an order, one for the app to say its delivered yet over 10mins away from my house, then the driver turns up (cctv can be provided as evidence) greets the customer then gets in the car and drives off with no explanation why (emergency family call) then to contact the store to be told half the order is wrong was the reason why then the store Manager stating clearly that dominoes does not offer any form of refunds only apply credits to the customers mobile. Absolutely disgusting. How on earth can dominoes employ someone who greets the customers then drives off then for the store to say we don't offer refunds and head office will also confirm this? Absolute joke, will be now informing friends and family what an absolute joke of a company to employ...

Wish I could rate this place negative stars. Every time I order, it's cold/wrong/damaged. They are sometimes able to replace (slowly), never offer refunds, and are always very short with customers in my experience. On this particular order (which was incorrect and cold) the gentlemen on the phone was helpful and efficient. Unfortunately, the staff were clearly miscommunicated with and an extremely rude girl delivered me the wrong order again. I highly recommend avoiding this store as it is a disappointing experience every single time and it is not pleasant having somebody deliver your food unprofessionally and be outrageously rude to you in your own home.
