Where to even start.... let's start with the managers feedback to negative reviews aiming to improve service. This has been completely ignored. Don't expect good service here. I began the night waiting at the front of house for 2mins before a lady said she'll be just a minute. 2mins later she chats to her colleague then has a drink of coffee. Whilst waiting I couldn't help but notice that only 6 tables were full. Luckily we booked in advance (clearly needed). Finally a different lady took us to our table. You should always have someone at the front of house. Sit down, WiFi doesn't work which I needed in order to use our tastecard. Ask a staff member who recommended I switch to prezzo which also failed. Shambles, I hope you're paying them for the Internet. 5mins later someone finally took our order, sorry ladies I know you're super busy drinking monster & taking selfies in the kitchen. Whilst waiting for it to be cooked we counted 6 couples/families who were turned away because they hadn't booked in advance despite the 15+ free tables. Food arrived... pizza size has shrunk since the last time I went to F&Bs... no pizza knife to cut it. Garlic bread reheated. Chicken starter was bland. Lasagne was nice. We further counted 7 couples/families that were turned away whilst the kitchen staff were still drinking monster (literally makes zero sense when you're doing F all) I had to ask someone what time they were closing because I thought we were the last couple... turned out they lacked kitchen staff. This manager needs to be reviewed for making such a huge loss, bring in 1-2 couples to keep your kitchen staff busy instead of standing idle! At one point there was literally nobody in the kitchen! Absolutely shocking. Despite me clarifying I had a tastecard & had to go outside 5 steps away from the restaurant to gain Internet & then show the QR code they still brought me a full price bill. We realised they charged for 3 peroni's instead of 2 so 3rd time lucky we got there. Thank god we had a lovetoshop voucher to pay else I'd never have given a penny. Do yourself a favour & head over to prezzo or pizza express. These guys clearly haven't improved despite the amount of negative feedback on service & quality. Read moreStaff I must say are amazing so nice and helpfull but sadly that's it my sister has allergys and even though they have enough signs and even signs in the toilet about allergy there catering was one of the worse we have bn b4 last year I must add and had a great experience the whole lot so excited to come bk the 6 of us but all they could really offer was jacket potato not even cut or butter on the plate had to ask for it bit of scabby lettuce covered a cheap tastes burger with cheese on looked like it had bn microwaved that's all she was able to have wasn't even told it was a jacket potato she was getting staff where unsure due to lack of training about the allergy she even had to sit y we had garlic bread which was the nicer bit about it we all got our meals omg what a disappointment burgers and chicken burgers and fried where greesy tastless and chesp looked like it had just bn thrown on the plate we all got scabby lettuce nothing else no tomato no onion and for the price I'd of expected so much more get better at burger King at half the cost and better quality we like to try places out as a group catch up and like to give nice review but sadly this was not to be with here which is sad as the staff are fab allergy are not a choice there a condition heart breaking to be all excited for a get together and we feel like my sister was penalised for having a medical condition so two stars only and that's for the staff big chain need to sort there allergy training on ingredients and better food not cheap imitation not fit to eat we did though leave a tip for staff bn so nice but couldn't eat the food sadly so ruined our...

We were seated directly underneath an air conditioning vent so it was very cold. Asked to be moved only to be seated under another vent, which I couldn’t understand why as there were plenty of tables in the centre of the restaurant that weren’t under one. In general it was freezing in there. When I asked if we could be moved, the server had to go away and ask someone else if we could be moved. And yet during the entire stay, the table I would have preferred to be moved to were empty….bizarre.
The food was just okay. My partner had wings to start, and then a rack of ribs for main which they liked, and my starter of cauliflower bites were okay, but nothing special…nothing I couldn’t just do myself at better quality at home. I had a pizza for main which was abysmal, undercooked and barely warm with absolutely no flavour to it (was supposed to be garlic). Again, I could cook better at home myself with ingredients from Aldi.
All I can say is thank god we didn’t pay full price and had a groupon deal.
