Masala Indian Restaurant — Restaurant in Wales

Ordered from here a few months back, waited well over an hour for delivery for it to arrive and not be right, the meat in my curry was supposed to be lamb and not chicken, rang the Indian who said they’d send another one out. Waited a further 45 minutes for it to arrive and be wrong again, and also contain a staple. By this point I was no longer hungry and got my partner to ring to say the order was yet again wrong, we barely even got an apology. Tonight my partner wanted an Indian so thought we’d give it ago again, ordered online and said it would take 80 minutes, arrived to pick my food up, which it was already sat on the counter and probably had been for a good 20 minutes as it was cold, to get home and find that yet again the wrong meat had been added to a curry that I don’t even think I ordered. Absolute waste of £30 don’t...

Me and my partner were visiting Narberth to celebrate her 24th birthday and decided to have a takeaway delivered. The food was half an hour late (which we can live with) but there was a far greater issue. We ate the meals and a hour later both contracted very violent food poisoning. This totally ruined our get away as you can imagine. Please avoid this place at all costs until the health inspector can verify that their food is safe to eat. To charge people the price they charge and for the food to then not even be safe to east is an absolute disgrace!!!!. Shame on these people for what I imagine is cutting corners but ultimately ruined our holiday and made us both extremely Ill to the point we could barely drive home the next day....

Very disappointing, ordered two dishes too take out, a large Tarka Dahl and large Matar Paneer, the Tarka Dhal container was 3/4 full and the Matar paneer container under 1/2 full! I did comment on the size of the portions and the waiter took the order back to the kitchen saying if they overfill the containers they will leak, of course they will no one is expecting the containers to be over filled - Just full! When I arrived home the Matar Paneer container was 3/4 full and the Tark Dhal container untouched. How much extra did the restaurant intend saving or profiting when adding up that evenings takings by short-falling me - Unbelievable. £15 for the two dishes and (Both) bland...
