Greggs — Restaurant in Wales

Drove here on the way to the beach with my partner and 3 children. I went in greggs with my eldest daughter here to get us all some food so we all didn't have to worry for the day about food and could enjoy the beach. I ordered 4 sausages rolls (children) chicken Bake(me) sandwich (partner) pizza for eldest and 2 packs of yum yums. When i bought the food the older woman with black hair who worked made a comment about how I'd bought an excessive amount of food . I then for some reason felt I had to explain myself that I had others in the car and were going beach and this is why I bought greggs ,ridiculous . I've been thinking about this comment all day. Did she say this for just a general question or to belittle me? It's confused me ! I don't understand why a worker would say this instead of dealing with what the customer wants and then letting them pay and not be judgemental? I think she needs customer service training . It shouldn't matter if what I bought was excessive I'm sure others have bought more for a family of 5 ?I believe this was said through discrimination towards me and should realise she needs to be perfect herself if she's going to...

As someone who occasionally catches an early train from Prestatyn station, I was pleased to see a new Greggs opening at 6:30 for my breakfast needs 🥐 Unfortunately, my first visit was somewhat underwhelming.

I arrived at opening time, 06:30, and waited outside for 5 minutes until the door was unlocked. I wished the staff member "Good Morning", no response, they just walked away. Perhaps they hadn't heard me? "How are you today?" Again, no response. Breakfast was served in silence (with misinformation about the items covered under the rewards scheme, meaning I didn't receive the item I ordered). At the end, I wished the staff member a nice day and was, for the third time, totally ignored.

I know this is Greggs, I'm not expecting silver service, but manners cost nothing. I won't mention the staff member's name here in public, I don't think that'd be fair, but here's hoping they were just...

Went into greggs because i REALLY fancied a pizza. Got there and there was NONE (absolutely fuming) the guy said it would be a 7 MINUTE WAIT!! Why were they not put in when they were running low?????????? Depressed...
