Amazing service by one particular server this morning at opening, tall woman with brown hair. Very friendly, dealing with a long queue of customers as well as a new member of staff. She made the queue go down really quickly, while also helping me with a last minute request! She was clearly a big help for the shop this morning, hope this...

lovely place but it gets SO busy and the queues are massive around lunch time/ late afternoon. Not the staffs fault but poor choice in shop size considering it’s on a campus with hundreds of hungry...
