Brynmill Coffee House is a quirky, cosy café on the edge of Swansea Uni's Singleton campus. Read moreI visited Brynmill Coffee House in hope to try their famous American Style Pancakes, but due to my tardiness I sadly missed the pancakes, but luckily discovered their Waffles. My boyfriend chose the waffle with Bacon and Maple Syrup and I had the Banana and Pecan: Both Delicious. Clearly homemade and an equal amount of cakiness to crispiness. The staff are always lovely and the toasties are to die for (My favourite is the chilli chicken one). It is full of students and locals, the buzz around morning coffee time is great.
