Update on my review after the response from the management team

So having read many disappointed reviews about your establishment, I can see the management team have quite the chip on their shoulder

You guys should be writing for the evening post with deflection abilities like that, you would have no problem with getting a job there

So freedom of speech must not be a thing with you guys, my post was neither vile or inappropriate and I have not taken any such steps to use a poverty stricken country in any way other than what the case would be, I mentioned only that your food was comparable to a third world country that a sizzler there would serve, not that third world countries are poverty striken that remark was all you

More so your feelings have been hurt and you have responded in such a way that explains why your food was so bad, you take no care about your food or customers

If you want me to expand further on my complete lack of satisfaction at your establishment I can

The table we sat on if full view of staff was left full of glasses and plates 15mins after we sat down to the point I actually put them on another table so I didn't have to look at them anymore

When the starter was brought to the table the chicken looked so pale and undercooked it was a joke

Then when the meals came out the finished starters were left on the table along with the empty glasses, which could have been taken when leaving our table

The only good thing about the experience was the two pints of peroni we had, apart from dirty lines you can't really mess that up

I would go ahead and say I'd come back to allow you to redeem yourself, but as you have gone after my character personally, I'd never set foot in your establishment again for any reason not even to save my own life

A poor attitude to take towards a paying customer, I was warned by 3 separate people not to go there, but i like to find out things for myself, and as my visit there a few years ago was OK I thought why not it's Sunday and I'm hungry

You really need to rethink your attitude before replying as all you have done is taken my reference points, and turned it into a character assassination to try and make me look bad, instead of addressing the real issue

Which is the lack of quality food and the lack of training of your staff have been given

Of all the sizzler pubs I have visited and as i travel all over the county in search of good food at the end of my day

Yours is by far the worst ever

So no I would not set foot in there again if you offered me free food for life, poor food, poor management, unfortunate staff and customers

Went here today and I have to say the Sunday dinner was third world quality, I'd imagine they get better food than that served in the sizzler in Zimbabwe in the middle of the Fforest

My mate had steak not good enough to feed to a pack of rabid dogs

Everything about the meal was tastless, roasties that looked anemic, beef that looks like a part of a sandal dug up from 1000 years ago and 5 carrots so thinly sliced I could have used them as contact lenses

Avoid avoid avoid unless you want the most horrid...

Visited with family for a late lunch on a sunny Saturday afternoon. The place was busy but we found a table and went to the bar to order. There was only one member of staff serving and a very long queue (why do some patrons not decide what they want to eat before they get to the front of the queue?). We were told there was a 45 minute wait for food which seemed a long time but we were ok with it. When the food arrived 2 of the meals had to be sent back because they were cold. This was probably because there was only one person bringing food out and she just couldn't keep up with the demand. She was very obviously completely overwhelmed by the number of meals she had to get out from the kitchen. We were also missing a side dish and it took a good 10 minutes before we could get the attention of the server because she was so overworked, we considered asking at the bar but that would have taken far too long. We wanted a second round of drinks but the service at the bar was so slow our food would have gone cold and having sent it back once already we didn't want that to happen. The food was ok, nothing special and certainly not the best we have had from a pub chain. Only having 2 members of staff working such a busy shift is really poor management. They did their best under the circumstances but our experience would have been greatly improved if the pub was staffed appropriately. I was disappointed as we have had a much better experience in the past. We probably...

Absolutely SHOCKING customer service. Ordered food and beer to an outdoor table. The food was cold (at this point we didn’t complain) we went on to order more drinks, waited around 25 minutes before we told a waitress we hadn’t received any. She responded with “we’ve sent them out they must of gone to a different table unfortunately there’s nothing we can do” (the tables around us hadn’t received any drinks in the meantime) obviously we weren’t going to let it go £10 worth of drinks, so we asked what they would do to resolve the matter as we hadn’t received anything. Her response “oh we’ve run out of Peroni anyway so” at this point with the attitude on the waitress and lack of professionalism, I decided I wanted a refund. The manager/supervisor (I assume) then told me we needed ID (they had already served us alcohol at this point) regardless of us both being of age we showed valid proof of ID. They were refusing a refund still, the excuse being “it says on the app if you fail to provide ID we can’t refund the charges”. Clearly it was a personal matter with this individual, she really didn’t want me having my way. I stood my ground telling her that there’s no sufficient reason as to why she can’t refund me, yet she went on “well it would take 3-5 working days to get back to u anyways so” (honestly now I’m absolutely fuming at this point) it took 30-60 minutes to resolve the matter. Never EVER attending again. Never experienced such bad...

This place needs a major makeover..food menu limited..food mediocre at best and overpriced..ÂŁ2.50 for a side of scampi (4 small pieces ) to go with a steak @ ÂŁ13.50 ..gammon @ ÂŁ9.99 is hiding under the fried egg showing how small it is ... ÂŁ7.89 for a glass of wine ...the meal came to just over ÂŁ40..the place is generally dirty cobwebs in the windows and yet there were people looking for tables I understand that this was a Bank Holiday and more people than normal were about, so if this place was cleaned up a bit more people would come here..I came here after reading the reviews to see if was serving decent food and found a run down "cafe" selling mediocre food at an inflated price

Bank Holiday Monday lunch Date. Perfect atmosphere, Family friendly and dog friendly. Parking at the back pay and Display. 5.50 for 3 hours. Ground floor, very clean toilets. Lovely pond and park to walk around. Good quality food. Disability access not a problem. Fast enough with the food. Plenty of options on menu. Have a 2 meals for 13.99 menu and certain deals on throughout the week on certain meals. Friendly staff and helpful. Sports entertainment on the TV here also. Go up to the bar to order and pay. Cash and Card accepted. One of my favorite places in Swansea.

We sat down as a table of 3, one plate arrived 15 minutes before the other 2 which was a shame as we like to eat together. This meant I had a luke warm meal. A bacon cheeseburger was ordered by a friend, the audacity to even have the word bacon in the name is mind boggling. Attached is a photo of said “bacon”, which made up approximately 1% of the burger, “essence of bacon” would be more fitting. Staff were friendly and welcoming and were obviously busy. However, it doesn’t excuse the quality of food and wait time. Chairs and tables very run down.
