Holyhead Kebab & Pizza — Restaurant in Wales

I’ve ordered from here for years but god knows what’s going on with the place these days! So disappointed in the portions that you get from Holyhead Kebab. The “large” kebab is not large at all and seems to be getting smaller each time I order from here! You get more salad than meat and it’s crazy because it’s the meat you pay for as the salads bloody free! It’s in a small tray that’s literally the same size of a coke can but yet it’s a “large” kebab! What’s happened to the actual large trays they should be putting the large kebab’s in???Also if that’s a large then how small are the small kebab’s??? Variety Box meal was not worth it either. You get a 7 inch box with tiny pieces of chicken in it and they have the cheek to charge you £9 for that as well and it wouldn’t even feed a child! £20 worth of food here and it doesn’t look it at all! If you’re hungry you might as well eat what you get given and make more yourself afterwards as it’s not filling at all! My partners had to make his own chips at home as he’s still hungry! Complete waste of money! Wont be ordering from here again! Sort your portions out as you’re literally...

Lovely place, always our go-to takeaway as the food is delicious and the staff are very friendly!

Prices are now extortionate for the amount of food you get, we ordered salad as a side with our kebab and got maybe less than half a pack of doner meat than we usually do, and they filled the rest of the pack with the salad, which I'll add was free. Considering its the meat you're paying for, and the salad is a free bonus, it's very cheeky. Called to complain last time because they gave me less than a handful of doner meat as a large kebab, payed over £9 for it. They said that next time they'd make sure we got more meat, and then hung up on us. We didn't get said extra meat after going back, needless to say we haven't been back since. Shame since the food does actually taste good, just not at all worth it...

I am absolutely disgusted with this takeaway! Food was 3 hours late....when we phoned to see what was going on the lady who answered was appalling, she spoke to us like utter dirt telling us the food wasn't on the ticket and basically making our we was lying even tho I had an email stating the time we ordered! She was so rude and obnoxious! Food arrived 3 hours late burnt to the point we couldn't eat the pizzas they were burnt and rock hard! £45 spent on their food to get it 3 hours late be spoken to like trash and then not being able to eat it as it was hard and burnt! And when we have been asking for a refund being told no! I have pictures of the food....not good...definitely take a swerve from...
