After reading the reviews, myself and my partner decided to give it a go as we fancied having a breakfast out. On arrival, it seemed popular, but we managed to find a table. Tables were not cleared, the previous customers plates etc remained on our table for the entire duration of our stay. There were several staff members pottering around, however, one young staff member was cooking the food and trying to wash the dishes. It seemed like they needed another pair of hands to keep up with the dirty dishes. The coffee finally arrived, and sugar was all over the saucer. After a delay, the breakfast arrived, unfortunately, for the price- it was minimal and the bacon was extremely tough and salty, to the point I couldn't eat it. It is a shame seeing as the views are lovely, but sadly, we won't be going back...

What a lovely place, you can either sit in or outside and it right on the sea edge there's a life boat station at the side of it with the inshore lifeboat in it it's got a small shop too its one of those places you could sit all day ( whether permitting ) because its also the Harbour with plenty of boats too look at including the ferries that go to and from Dublin and the sea could make you think you are abroad yo can clearly see the bottom and its blue water, if you are a boat person at the back of the Harbour Cafe is a boat yard with some very nice boats in and out of the water when you are hungry make sure you go into the the Cafe they do some lovely food and drinks including a VERY LARGE BREAKFAST the staff are very pleasant and friendly. It really is...

a friendly local cafe with no nonsense food. the food isn't the best you've ever eaten, it's inexpensive community cafe food, but its fairly quick, theyre good portions, and lots available on the menu to choose from. (a special mention to the portion sizes of chips, they are larger than average!) a great spot for people with food issues who find pretentious cafes inaccessible.

it is dog friendly and well laid out. there is enough space around the tables for my assistance dog to be able to lie comfortably without being in the way.

bonus points for the amazing view...

Best kept secret at Holyhead Marina. Nice little cafe / bar right on the waterfront. When the weather permits they have a few picnic tables outside and you can grab a drink and watch the boats sail in and out as the Holyhead sailing club is right next door. Not a large range of beers on tap but as always I happened to find one that suited me. The day we visited was warm enough to enjoy sitting outside as a nice Seamist drifted in .

I was looking at one of the apartments above with an estate agent when the weather turned for the worse (as it often does on this island), so took shelter for a while and glad I did… delicious breakfast served quickly and happily. Full of locals having a good chat and catch up with each other. Great spot, especially on a clear day !

So basically the location is great, staff were good but the food was of no use. We paid £9.95 for this burger and all I got is a stupid bun with Tesco/Aldi breast piece. So I would highly recommend not buy any food which I think is really not worth the money.
