Been travelling north wales and this has to have been the friendliest pub weā€™ve visited. We came for a pint, stayed for two more and then booked a roast for the day after! The locals are very welcoming too. Canā€™t wait to visit again when weā€™re back!

Great place with great prices. The new owners are making a real effort to make the place something special and with time I think they will manage it. The pub was recommended to me by the hotel I was staying in and at first glance I was a little reluctant to stay (I walked into the bar which has not yet been decorated), however, after a very warm welcome from the new landlord I decided to sit outside with a drink and I'm so glad that I did. Give the place a chance and you will not be...

What an amazing find. We stumbled upon this quaint little place on our way back from the Holyhead Marina to our ship at the cruise terminal and decided to stop in for a drink (or two). It was early, so no one else inside, but the owner treated us like royalty. The drinks were awesome and the atmosphere. . . we wanted to stay there all afternoon. We left with a smile and a great memory. Thanks. p.s. can't speak for the food, we only had some bags of chips, but the menu...
