We were disappointed with our takeaway tonight. The first time we ordered the food was very good. I'm a whimp for spices and only like mild spices and the male staff member at the time told my husband if I wanted it more mild to say and they would do and they would use dairy free ingredients to do this as I'm allergic to milk. I found it a little spicy last time so tonight I asked the female staff member to make it more mild on the phone, especially as this time I intended to give my child some. The woman told me it was mild already. I said I actually found it a little spicy last time and the male staff member said before the chef could adapt so please could they make it more mild. She said she would pass on the message. I don't know if this was passed on as I've just finished scraping it in the bin as it was SO spicy it was inedible. This was a lot spicier than the last time I ordered. I'm so upset as my little girl especially found this distressing. Even my husband agreed it was too spicy and he loves spicy food. Unfortunately as my requests were ignored and this was a waste of money I will not order from here again and will not recommend to others. I thought I had found somewhere great that I could share with my other friends who are also allergic to milk but if this request went unheard I'd be worried about whether the request for no milk would be...

So disappointing..... Ordered at 6.45 online with delivery time of 7.44pm. Called at 8.10 to see where order was to be told food not even made and very busy in restaurant......and only one delivery drive and we third in cue.... Tried call back to cancel at 8.15. Phone cut off 4 times answered hung up on. Decide to drive the 15 mins to ensure getting refund. Arrived to find only 9 people in restaurant and two young lady's begin the bar. Owner said they can do it now just sit..... Have a pint.......... Then within 10min food arrives at same time as yet another complaining customer calls on phone.... Handed bag with food order, owner walks away talking on phone..... By this time I checked the correct number of containers in the bag I decided to leave to return home to eat..... The food..... Very disappointing...... And nan breads missing from order. May I suggest you don't do take away or delivery if you can not cope. Re the disappointing food that's about expectations....I...

10 of us went last Sunday to celebrate my sisters birthday. This was my first visit to this lovely restaurant but it certainly won't be the last. We were warmly greeted by the lady owner who advised us what dishes would suit us & said that she could adapt the meal to my taste when I told her that I can't eat a hot chilli dish . The young waitress was also very helpful, friendly & efficient. The food was THE nicest I've ever had in an India restaurant. We started with poppadoms & a sauce tray. Then Onion bhaji which were delicious , big & very light. I could have just carried on eating those all evening!!They were accompanied by a small salad & mango chutney, mint sauce & chopped onions. The chicken Korma was excellent. Plenty of it & nice large chunks of chicken breast with a delightful sauce and a flavour which I've never tasted in a korma previously! The Pilau rice & Peshwari nan were also gorgeous. The meal was outstanding & I highly recommend it & I cannot wait to...
