The Olive Grove — Restaurant in Wales

Good food if you have the patience to tolerate the woman that runs it, .I have been there quite a few times and I have always been made to feel unwelcome...the location of this cafe means it will always be busy so i think that the owners believe that they don't need to concern themselves with providing good customer service or even common decency. I have ordered the same 2 sandwiches 4 timestand never paid the same amount twice?? ,althoug this cafe is on my doorstep and the food is indeed nice I won't go back again. It is spoilt by the lady that runs it by her sarcastic unwelcoming personality and the feeling that I need to check my bill before paying....reading some of the great reviews on here confuses me as I have been here on multiple occasions and always had a negative...

One of our favourite local eateries, visit often and love the banter, family run business with Lisa as the main voice, as subtle as a lead balloon and as genuine as they come, home made cakes are fab especially the cherry 🍒 bake-wells - naughty but ever so nice, breakfasts and salads are also a favourite, generous portions and quality ingredients, someone who was visiting the area a few weeks ago put a less favourable comment on here, I would disagree but each to their own, I believe you get what you pay for and as well as good food the entertainment is thrown in for free and they don’t stick extra on the bill for service as most...

Decided to look in at this cafe at lunch , two things l picked up on the young lady behind the counter looked fed up and seemed to be the only one making the food the older lady l presume was the parent and l was led to believe owned the business had no front of house skills and the only person doing any work was the young girl the food was fab but the service so let it down my friend has just opened a cafe recently and my other friend has had her business 8years such a massive difference get your act together as lam afraid you will have more reveiws...
