We've been regulars at Llandudno for years. Booked Colwyn Bay because we were camping nearby & didn't realise that it's mainly for takeaways, so we felt like we were sitting in our local pizza takeout rather than a restaurant. Fab building & location (old butchers shop?) but we were sat amongst piles of pizza boxes. Good pizza (not quite as good as Llandudno, no whole prawn or coriander on the chorizo prawn pizza) and lovely friendly staff. Spotlessly clean everywhere. My mistake for not understanding what I...

Lovely pizza and service very quick, only thing I would say is please explain to customers about the menu dont just walk off and then say the menu is on the board with you back towards us. My daughter saw a little boy making his own pizza up and got very excited that she could make her own up...unfortunately this wasn't the case when ordering the kids pizza. Would of love to of been given the option as we thought that was what the kids pizza entailed. Would definitely return as the pizzas...

Terrible service. We ordered a meal at about 8 that was due by 9. The restaurant showed as shut from 9 too.

After 9.30, we ended up having to order another meal. The food was then surprisingly delivered after 9.40. Lovely pizza,so not a bad word about the quality. Just really let down by late delivery and terrible communication.

We now have two orders as a result, so 60 quid to feed two people. I'd sooner have gone out for the night out. Please be more timely or just improve your...
