Kaspa's Wrexham — Restaurant in Wales

Would give this a 0 if I could. Absolutely shocking experience at this store. We came in at 9:40pm the store closed at 10pm. To which we already received a frosty reception, the servers first words were we close at 10pm. To which I said no problem can we sit in or shall we take away. To which she didn’t answer. So we just placed an order to which they brought to the table we waited at. Only for the plates to be thrown at us. Then what I assume was the manager (an older female) was taking a photo of the people I was dining with. The whole time we sat there, the two women were awfully rude and staring us. The poor younger staff were spoken to like rubbish which made our experience even more unpleasant. On our departure we were yelled abuse at and told not to return. The place is not the cleanest as it is. The staff were constantly on phones on the front counter, totally unprofessional service. I am totally gobsmacked at the way the management of this store dealt with us as customers, you should not be treated any differently depending on the time you visit. A business is kept going by its customers and if they are treated like this each time then I worry for the future of your business. We will not be returning and I hope that no one encounters the...

Last week I came in with a young person I work with for a long anticipated treat she had been promised. Upon arriving and after driving an hour to get there, with me being five months pregnant as you can imagine my first (and desperate) thought was to use the bathroom straight away!

Following this we was sitting down at our table and a young man from behind the counter approached us and informed us that the manager had requested in the future we ask to use the toilet, I would understand this completely if we was walking back out without ordering food but we was literally sitting down at our table and looking at the menu. The poor guy who had approached us looked even more mortified than us that he had been told to pass this message on … this made our whole visit uncomfortable especially as we had sat so close to the counter that we quickly finished our food and asked for our drinks to be be transferred into takeaway cups, the young man who had approached us apologised once again at the counter and I reassured him that he was only the messenger. I would advise the manager to approach customers themselves if they have ridiculous requests and comments to make instead of...

Absolutely love the food here but am always disappointed by the service. First time id gone here i was given someone else's order by accident then the second time they managed to mess up the payment and so we had gotten our order for free but hadn’t realised until i had gone the third time and they told me i walked away without paying, after talking about the situation for a few minutes they said it was their fault and let us off without paying the missing amount. The next time round we went there i ordered a chocolate fudge cake and they specifically asked me if i wanted ice cream or whipped cream and i chose ice cream and it wasn’t till i got home i noticed they hadn’t put any in the bag. The time after that i went to have the same thing and it is on the “Warm desserts” section and it was served cold and again i hadn’t noticed until i got home, and today i had ordered a sundae and chocolate fudge cake, the sundae was half full and the chocolate fudge cake was had no ice cream to go with it again after specifying we wanted ice cream, its very disappointing for this place seeming as their food is amazing.
