Kebab King — Restaurant in Wales

Ordered earlier tonight as our regular place is closed. I was appalled by the service! We received our order after an hour, only to open to door to the delivery man who was not wearing a mask and did not show any signs of social distancing. I quickly paid and this was my first mistake I did not check my order before handing over the money. We opened the order to find a meal was missing and this was my 5 year olds meal who was patiently waiting for his meal only for me to say he would have to wait longer while we complained and they redelivered it. Secondly we ordered two mixed grills when ordering we were asked if we wanted sauce and salad to which we replied can we have them separately. Upon arrival the salad was separate but the grills were covered in garlic sauce this now caused more anguish as my eldest has allergies towards sauces and couldn’t eat any of the £30 meal that I ordered. When calling and complaining we were told the burger meal would be sent out and they just ignored and agreed the request another grill to be sent out without sauce. Second delivery arrived we checked only a burger meal, we rang back again explaining we didn’t ask for sauce on the meals and when asked for salad and sauce and we replied separately we meant both not only salad. After many times of talking to several people on the phone they argued with us that we should have specifically said sauce separately too and it was our fault. I have never had this problem with any take away I have ordered from and can definitely say the way they spoke to me was unacceptable.

I will not be ordering from this place again and if anyone wants their delivery ordered and delivered correctly with socially distancing guidelines applied I would advise to...

To start with they sent the wrong order!!!!!!! I ordered chicken sheesh kebab with salad and garlic sauce and i received dry, burnt lamb which looked absolutely terrible!!!! And this wasn't even a kebab which i asked for, it was meant thrown on top of chips, if i wanted meat and chips i would of ordered meat and chips!! But no i wanted a kebab! Why i received chips i will never know!!! And the chips were cold wet and tasteless, i have better chips from asda smartprice in my freezer than these. The food was half hour late turning up and it was cold. Phoned up to resolve the problem and they didn't help at all told me to go through just eat to sort out the problem and then hung up on me. Avoid this building, avoid the people and to avoid dissapointment go somewhere else as this place is a joke!

I was with a friends few days ago and decided to order from them, we went in, order our food and they asked to pay. We paid and went out to smoke while waiting for our food. When back in, we asked how long it would take to get the food ready and then they asked to pay our bill. We were shocked. They denied we already paid. We paid again and told them they won't see us never again. Plus I will make sure everyone must be aware. If you really want to get food from them, always have a witness, better if you record when you order and when you pay. Don't pay in advance but only when they give you the food. And wait inside till you get your order. Disgusting behavior. They deserve to get out business. By the way, they food is nothing special, you can find better and...
