Kite Surf Cafe — Restaurant in Wales

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!Visited Rhyl beach with my family for the first time. Everyone was so welcoming besides the horrible lady working on the door here that particular day. She shouted a racist remark to another customer who later caught up to us and apologised for her behaviour, telling us people from Wales are normally kind and welcoming. I confronted the lady with regards to the comment, still spoke to her calmly and said I’ll be putting in a complaint with her manager. She response was “go for it hes my brother in law anyway” she started getting very loud whilst there was other customers about. I had to apologise to a particular couple enjoying their drinks who was sat right near her shouting. They were also shocked at the way she spoke to us and kept referring to us as “their lot”. Being brown and referred to as “their lot” is not very nice. Will not recommend this place to anyone especially if the welcoming staff...

We just stopped for ice cream, it was very difficult to know what was available or how much it would be as there was no signage. I imagine it's all inside but they were only serving through a hatch. I asked for chocolate dipped waffle cones, and the server had to go hunting for them. The ice cream served by the scoop is nice ice cream. We had flakes too. The server only found a stand for the ice creams and had to wash it after I asked as I wasn't going to be able to hold them all and pay...she should have let me pay first. What can we say except wow this place is amazing and the staff welcomed everyone with missive smiles, the drinks and ice cream is ordered from the front window and the coffee not only smelt great but actually tasted great as well the prices was reasonable priced and then the food was ordered through the corridor and wow what an amazing place and felt so much like something you would find in Australia the staff there was again very friendly and the food was extremely tasty.. if you want a burger that is absolutely 💯 amazing then please order it from here it was definitely the best burger I've ever had and don't think they could have put...
