Ordered at the "fast track" terminal, order number 30. Standing waiting for over 10 minutes, in the meantime watched two customers complain as their drinks were warm, or the machine was out of order. When my number then disappeared from the screen and I checked the time on my receipt seeing I'd been stood waiting for nearly 15 minutes. There were a few members of staff stood behind the till, however no one seemed to be customer focused as customers were kept waiting for several minutes at a time, including myself. I stood at the collection point with my hands resting on the glass, hoping this would be enough to attract either one of the three team members stood at the food area, or at least the MANAGER that was also stood in the food prep area. She looked up at me, saw what was probably a face of thunder at this point and still continued with what she was doing, without instructing anyone to attend to me. It actually got to the point when I stated quiet loudly "Does anyone want to acknowledge there is a customer waiting here" only then did a member of staff turn around and give a blank look as it to say "what do you want?" After explaining that I'd been waiting nearly 15 minutes for my order, she said, "oh is it 30, yeah I'm doing it now!" I finally got my food a few minutes later (on a tray even though I requested take out with a bag on the machine), and then to be told that the oasis machine needed filling so I had to pick another drink. From start to finish absolutely abysmal service! Just a few small changes to the managers attitude would have completely changed my experience. On top of all of this, as we pulled out of the car park the bins were completely over loaded and rubbish was everywhere!

Pulled up to the intercom, woman speaking was friendly, very welcoming, took my order and off I went to the payment window, paid for my order, pulled up to the second window (here is the fun part) was given my food, two bags which were both correct, then waited for my drinks. Now, I ordered 2 meals, and a med drink on its own. Was given two drinks, both drinks were wrong size, explained to girl behind window, no apology, waited for correct drinks... Shock, still wrong. Told the girl it was still wrong and said to her manager "Its still wrong!" And walked off in a huff. Manager then spoke to me, "whats wrong, mate?" Explained the situation to him, then asked me what was I missing. Now, I had explained this the third time that I had a drink missing, and two incorrect drinks, surprisingly it got through, had my correct drinks and left. Seriously, a member of managment needs to pull that girl aside and retrain her on how to serve customers, because that was the worst customer experience of my life, and I work in retail I know what its like, but that...
Read moreDrive through order was incorrect so went back inside to rectify. Not a problem as I completely understand mistakes sometimes happen. The reason for the 3 star rating was because of the behaviour I witnessed from the cooking area when asked to replace the burger with the plain burger originally ordered.
First the lad required to make the order told the girl serving me no. Then he told her to go to the other side of the kitchen to someone else. When she came back around to ask again, he left the cooking area and went to get a fresh tub of sauce (which wasnt needed as the order was plain so I can only think he did it to be awkward) all whilst sniggering with two other colleagues fully aware I was watching them. Eventually the duty manager stepped in and asked them to sort it, only then did they start to make up the burger. All this while my 4 other meals were getting cold.on the car.
As a paying customer I have learned an important lesson today. Next time one of my 5 meals is wrong. I will return all 5 and insist they are replaced with fresh and not just the 1...
