Trattoria Deli Café — Restaurant in Wales

Caitlin at Trattoria deli cafe has to be one of the best employees in a cafe I have ever come across. She always has a sense of what we’re probably going to order, she’s really AMAZING with our little boy, takes an active interest in our day, and is nothing but smiles and kindness.

she goes above and beyond at all times and I notice that she really gets to know her regulars, treating them like family.

I was having a particularly stressful work day the other week where I needed to wrap something up urgently by 5pm and I had my 4 year old with me from the school pick up. She could see I was frazzled when I was in the limbo land before his swimming lesson (we always camp out there before swimming); as it was quiet, she very kindly played with him so I could finish what I needed to do.

Without question, this is the most personable and delicious cafe in the area.

-Nice outdoor seating -Plant based drink options available -Service was slow even when not particularly busy -No vegan sweets or menu options, staff did not seem willing to help much and need further training on what Vegan food is and be advised what stock is Vegan sweets wise and or have labels from suppliers stating...

Complete and utter disappointment! Attempted to take my elderly mother for her first dining experience since lockdown only to be met with rude and unfriendly servers which was quite a shock, especially during such difficult times. Highly recommend supporting other...
