McDonald's — Restaurant in Wales

Waited 40 minutes parked from the drive through (whilst others were getting served before us), just to be told "were getting food out as quickly as possible" when I asked the staff that was bringing orders outside, decided to go in and ask 10 mins later and was passed by a number of different workers before one finally spoke to me, watched her and a colleague moaning about the fact I'd asked for my food, just to wait another 10 minutes because I was obviously missed, then when it was finally ready they decided to deliver it to my car (whilst I was still stood at the till waiting), then when I went back and checked half of the order was missing, we were now in a rush to an appointment so I went back in to ask for a refund, she took the bag off me (I still hadn't even received a 'sorry' for the inconvenience), I then watched her literally slag us off again for wanting a refund, then she tried to refund me £13 of the £22 order🤯 finally got refunded and got served in 5 minutes at a competitors drive through next door. Horrible service, rude...

What can I say about this particular restaurant . . . ALWAYS check your order before driving away from the drive through. Without exageration, I can confidently say that out of every five visits, at least three orders will be wrong. The times I have had to park up and enter the restaurant to correct an order, makes the drive through pointless. On the other hand, the staff are usually friendly and apologetic when things go wrong.

Oh boy, the staff get plenty of practice at apologising! Tonight I have received a cold regular coffee instead of the latte I ordered. This conplements the ever growing list (it's becoming a sport now) which includes crispy, not grilled chicken on wraps, wrong flavoured milkshakes, no bacon on specific bacon topped burgers, burger instead of chicken wrap in Happy Meal, stone cold fries and whole meals, incorrect wraps, missing items such as actual burgers! Some of these mistakes have been repetitive too.

I would love this McD to be the best as it...

Yeah McDonald's food experience was pretty good I'm not here to criticize them with their food quality.... Their food was just top notch there's nothing to complain about. But they have a poor customer service.... When i ordered something, sometimes they were give you the whole different one and sometime they were left something from ur order. If you wouldn't check it there u want to return there and ask them about this... This is a very poor experience from em. Yeah the employee's running busy in the shop i know that but they want to double check it before they give it to us... And one time i ordered eggmuffin and the bacon one they gave the order correctly and after i ate i realised they wrongly wrapped the paper outside and i even didn't noticed it. As u can see their customer service is way too poor they want to have a look on this. And this is my point of view of McDonald's and these are the reasons why i gave em only 3 stars if am wrong about this u can let me...
