McDonald's — Restaurant in Wales

Apologies in advance for giving 1 star I am unable to give zero stars. The manager needs to have a bit of self reflection. For many years at this restaurant very similar to other McDonald restaurants I've experienced. At Aberdare, several examples I have had very large orders 12 plus people only half the food when arrive home. It's the norm. I reported that my 11 year old daughter and friend had their food sat down and a gang of male peers bullied them stole their food ate it in front of them and my daughters friend cried and they left the restaurant upset. I rang Aberdare McDonald's spoke to the manager didn't have a clue how to respond so gave advise on what she needed to do. Lucky I was working away I was told by my police friends there wasn't much they could do but they should have looked themselves and band the boys from the restaurant. Last weekend our friends stayed over and went for a McDonald's breakfast ordered on their app waited and the food didn't come after 40 minutes asked and they said the order didnt come through butvwas taken out of their account. We tried to get a refund for them gave the receipt they said it could be anyone's receipt you need a bank statement. What a joke. I would be ashamed of the reputation of the restaurant and would resign if I worked there. So yesterday had 4500 points from the monopoly tokens, wife went in there to claim the food and the girl scanned the points then they disappeared and she said ow you must not have enough points and only gave the fries. 1 star is a stretch. Everything about this place is horrible. I have no car so i have to get it delivered as i dont fancy making something after a long day. Every. single. time. it comes just under the 'latest arrival time' which is an hour after you place the order. My children are sat waiting for food for ages. The delivery service is absolutely terrible and needs to be sorted asap!!!! When assigned driver, theyre always too far away from Mcdonalds which then takes the order longer to come. Once a driver was assigned and they were all the way in bloody merthyr!!! absolutely ridiculous. Or the driver gets assigned and then cancels and my order gets passed around the whole of bloody Aberdare until one dedicated, hardworker actually comes and picks the order up. The food is also always cold on arrival because it is so late. when in reality they should keep the food heated until the driver comes and collects it and not just leave it on the side for it to get stale and cold. food is always missing, they do nothing about it. no refunds. nothing. once i asked for extra mayo quite late at night and when i received it, the chicken sandwhich contained , the bun, the chicken and the whole tub of mayo!! these new kids working are mucking about. the whole box was mayo, they didnt even put lettuce in there. the whole box was soggy and so was thr burger. you couldnt even pick it up bc it was surrounded. i gave birth to triplets and they were all asian, but right then i realized i was a male and i was chinese... so i had to go to the manager to ask him to dispose of these children, he was asian, i slowly put the dots together and so did he, he ran to the back and a couple seconds later saitan of the underworld came out with his schadoodle hanging out, i have never been more intimidated in my entire chinese life, which is 0.3 years in chinese years, PLOT TWIST, Jesus christ our saviour walked out behind him with his shirt of, they both fused into satus.. the ultimate power, they looked at me with such force i flew out the mcdonalds, the children i gave birth to grew wings and flew away.. did i forget to mention john being carried away by the Vietnam Government? as i morphed into a plane i chased them down to retrieve john, i land on the street and run toward them, but there was no one there, i look behind me to see jesus christ and saitan looking down at my children which are now stuck in the sewer, its been 5 years now and because of this mcdonalds, i am married to Satus.. my love, which is jesus christ and saitan combined, i have never been happier
