Mike's Bites — Restaurant in Wales

I don't know what all the other reviewers are on about, because this was the worst breakfast I've ever eaten. Frozen anemic sausages with no colour or taste, eggs were anemic (yoke was almost white) also i like runny yoke but that was far to under cooked, bacon was very salty, Plus who uses a crust for toast in a cafe, butter was cheap, and the instant coffee was vile, I left half a cup of coffee most of my breakfast, and usually out of courtesy I always clear my stuff away into a nice neat pile, but that just wasn't happening. Popped into Mike’s Bites for a quick breakfast with 3 friends. The order being 3 sets of pancakes and bacon and 1 salmon and scrambled egg. All very simple orders and as the establishment was at what you’d consider a normal level of busyness I think a 15 min wait would be the maximum you could expect. Instead we waited for 1 hour and were presented with some very underwhelming food and no mention of an apology for the wait.
