Pausa Cafe — Restaurant in Wales

The food and drink in Pausa in Dunelm Llanelli is good, but some of the staff are extremely sullen. The girl who served us yesterday could barely look at us, let alone speak. The only words she managed were "do you want chocolate on the cappuccino?" When I asked if the toasted teacake would be the normal one or the hot cross bun version, she simply pointed at the normal one whilst staring straight ahead. Twice in one week have had HORRENDOUS experience. First time I ordered a breakfast and waited twenty minutes until I had to get up and ask where my food was. They had forgotten about me and ran out of hash browns. I left after 30mins with no breakfast.

Second time I ordered a breakfast again and after paying the manager shouted “we haven’t got any baps”. Imagine the horror on my face after they even messed up the refund. Won’t go back! Worst place I’ve ever ATTEMPTED...

We go here all the time. Yes it can be busy and sometimes you have to wait a while, but it is the same everywhere these days. The lady who put the review about waiting 20 minutes for her breakfast, this is not long at all and then describing it as to her horror, bit extreme don't you think!
