Starbucks — Restaurant in Wales

Best coffee shop we have ever visited. Atmosphere here is great, clean environment and friendly staff. We always used to go to Costa but since Starbucks opened here it has become our regular place to go. The staff are always friendly, greeting you with a smile and they remember you from your last visit. We cannot fault any of the staff, they are all great, but one girl in particular, Madison, is an absolute gem. When my dad was poorly and I mentioned it in passing one day, she sympathised and since then, everytime we visited she would ask after him. The day after he passed away she asked after him and when I told her we had lost him she was so kind and genuinely upset for us. Now everytime we go there she waves at us and makes a point of coming over to say hello and ask how we are. She is an asset to the business....

Visited Starbucks today. Absolutely disgusting service. The girl serving me couldn’t even look at me when taking my order- and on another note, since when was it acceptable for staff to be eating behind the line when preparing beverages/ food items? Another girl had a lolly pop sticking out of her mouth while preparing in a busy environment, and when questioned by the customer in front proceeded to remove the lolly pop from her mouth and was waving it back and forth without a care for hygiene. Didn’t we just finish a pandemic, or does training here no longer provide hygiene measures in the workplace? Will not...

Not the First time had a bad experience In the last year or two. Haven't been for a while but we called this morning for a coffee and toastie. After being served waiting to collect my order the food was given to me after 8 min and the customer served after me was collecting her order I asked is there 2 cappuccino coming, the girl rudely replied we only have one coffee machine working here's one slammed it down. Taken back with her attitude I should have asked for refund as our food had now gone cold but I received last cappuccino and I left. The attitude on the staff there is awful and rude. Will not...
