New York Pizza — Restaurant in Wales

So we have just received our delivery and I called to complain that the mixed kebab that we ordered did not come with the chicken I was actually being nice because I could have complained about the fact that the food is cold but I chose not to to after it being an hour late I tried to speak to them and request a refund they continued to shout at me and then they hung up the phone absolute atrocious customer service no regard for customers giving them money would not even hear me out out complete and utter shambles the guy who I spoke to should be ashamed of himself I wish I caught his name but to be honest I couldn't understand a word he was saying.

I have attached two photos. One being the chickenless kebab and the other being the time I originally ordered and the hour and a half later I had to call to check where it is.

I would have just requested a refund for my kebab but now I want a full refund. I want it for the cold pizza, the lateness and the fact you decided to get in to a shouting match with me.

Resolve it ASAP or I'll be paying a visit to your restaurant and see if you decide to shout at me without a phone to...

This place is absolutely foul!!! Ordered my food at half ten, paid for it all online, it said it should have been at my front door in an hour. A hour and a half went by and still no food, got my food at about 12! Took my food out of the bag and there was burn marks all over the trays,the chips look and tasted as if they were re-heated and then just dumped in the trays and the cheesy chips were just chips with a sprinkle of cheese, my wrap had patches of grey on it! And the meat inside was not cooked and the same with my boyfriend's, I ordered a baguette of garlic bread and in return I got 4 burnt bricks and the curry sauce just tasted like chillies. The only thing that was good about this was the Tango Orange and that's because they never made it!!!! I do not recommend this place at all. Absolutely...

Awful service. Took over 2 hours for a delivery and even then only half of what we ordered actually got delivered. Had to call twice to enquire where the delivery was. And was advised it's on its way both times. 25 minutes apart. When I called a third time to advise about missing items from the order the attitude on the person who answered was terrible. He told me they could deliver them again but we would have to pay extra for a new delivery. Food that was ordered wasnt particulary hot. But after being "on the way" for over 25 minutes im not surprised. Full of grease. First and last time of ordering from here. Avoid this place at all costs. So many other places around. Just wish we had...
