Second visit cash only can’t think why I had the receipt taken off me ,portions miserable for cost £20+ per person , 1 chutney tray for 6 ,had to add salt to rice ,thank goodness ordered naan bread or would still be hungry. We are tourists from Scotland who regularly eat out weekly at our local Indian restaurant and have left overs to take home for less cost. We don’t drink alcohol no clouded opinion and struggling to see why this is 4.7 on Google reviews we travel to Mold regularly we won’t be back.Photo of Flint Castle just in case you don't believe this is real review.

Absolutely amazing food — hands down one of the best curries I’ve ever had! The flavours were incredible, everything was freshly made, and the portion sizes were spot on. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, just overall brilliant service. Another great bonus — it’s bring your own drink, whether alcohol or non-alcoholic, which makes it even better value , you just pay for corkage , If you’re visiting Mold or near areas you need to check out Parivaar Indian. Trust me, this place is a hidden gem. Best curry of your life awaits!

We noticed this place the other night on our way to Deadwood; saw it was full so decided to give it a try. We'd booked for 5.30 but due to A55 traffic didn't get there til 6 (we did let them know). Can't fault anything; from the amazing servers, the superb food, and the BYOB made a big difference. We came from Chester but will definitely be coming back. Chicken Jalfrezi and Tandoori mixed grill.

No customer service, very rude female owner. Came here for a friend's baby shower, and in my error, I ordered what I thought was a medium dish when, in fact, it was mild. Completely my fault, I asked it I could get some chilli's or possibly swap. She refused and said, "You have ordered it we have cooked it so no. I asked if I could have it removed off the bill if they weren't willing to swap the meal because I don't like creamy dishes, again no offer of a resolution. I left the place in tears, never have I ever been so embarrassed and felt like I was being talked down to. Very disappointing. I have read through other reviews since and in hind sight realised there is zero customer service. Can't comment on the food as I only had 1 Poppadom. Don't expect any empathy, warmth or customer service with a smile from here.

  • In addition to your response, how wrong of you to assume that I didn't settle my bill. I didn't physically hand the monies to you because my friends were still eating, my friends were given my share of the bill to settle at the end of the meal. Secondly, if you read through your reviews, I think you will find the rude service has been mentioned on several occasions. Also, your version of events are very different to ours. There was no offer of resolution from you it was infact myself that asked for extra chilli's and the reaction from your face alone was like I was asking you to move the earth so I said to leave it. Lastly, WE paid the full bill as you refused to take my curry off the bill, so what did you expect us to do?... walk out without paying!? so yes, WE paid the full bill. That doesn't mean we ALL thought the service was acceptable, far from it. We ALL thought the whole experience...

I have never left a bad review for a restaurant before but I am frustrated with the service we had this evening at Parivaar. My colleague had booked a table for 8 people but the staff were very adamant and rather rude that it was for 6 people. I suggested they just add the unreserved table next to us onto our table to make it an 8 and they seemed very reluctant about doing this. The staff especially the woman who appeared to be in charge and had the best English was rather rude and dismissive, like we were a huge inconvenience to her. My colleague even asked her how hot a specific curry was and the staff member huffed and asked “well what do you mean by hot?”.

They didn’t even come and take our drink order which I found so strange, we just had to call over to the bar what we wanted which was unprofessional and meant people on the table got missed.

The food took quite a while to get to us even though the restaurant wasn’t busy at this point.

My main curry was lovely but the poppadoms were stale and the starter was cold and tasteless.

When the bill came we started to work out how much we owed and were going to leave a small tip. However my colleague looked at the bill and was shocked to see they had added their own service charge tip of £21.68!! It meant we all had to pay an extra £4 which was ridiculous when the “service” had been so poor.

I won’t be going there again, and I hope the staff acknowledge these recent reviews about their customer...

Visited Friday 9th July with my girlfriend. We booked for 7pm and duly turned up on time. We were shown to our seats and then ignored for about 5 mins. We were then asked if we wanted poppadoms to which we replied yes. We had to ask for a bottle opener even though our bottles were on the table in full view. The server brought us one but didn't bother with glasses so we drank out of the bottles. It has to be said though that wine glasses turned up later for the bottle of wine we had when we'd finished our beer without us asking. I had the samosas and my girlfriend had onion bhajis. They were tasty but very small and took us about 2 minutes to eat. The small theme unfortunately ran over to our mains. I had vegetable jalfrezi and my girlfriend had lamb pasanda. Again quite tasty but the portion sizes were very small. While it would be an exaggeration to say we counted the grains of rice it wouldn't have taken long if we had. The curries were the same and my girlfriend commented that there wasn't much lamb in hers. Another thing of note is my vegetables were not fresh as they were definitely frozen ones and there wasn't a single green chilli in it, which as far as I'm concerned is a given in a jalfrezi . So all in all a disappointing evening as when we got home about 2 hours later we were both really...
