Ok where to start! Seated quickly which is great! Salad bar is also well stocked! Now here's it gets interesting! Order through the barcode on the app, ok no problem! Cashless ok no problem! Waitress brought drinks glasses fairly quickly (no syrup in the pepsi) waitress informed and not changed in over an hour of being told! Not much of an issue as other choice of drinks available! Everything from this point is get it yourself! You want cutlery, well you help yourself, you want a plate, yep you help yourself, box to take left overs home, yep help yourself to them as well! Waitress when asked pointed to an empty cupboard and said there in there (empty) so she did have to get one for me! Now whilst waiting what seemed like an age for desserts I can see directly into the kitchen (sat at table 8). There was a person (Aaron) on his phone. A few minutes goes by and he touches his face, then Wipes his nose, Wipes hands on his t shirt and then back to his phone! At this point I informed the Waitress who apologised.....and went to tell him to wash his hands... this is how I know his name. Now ok she didn't wipe her nose and not wash her hands before handling food! But then she proceeded to laugh, albeit from around the corner.
£93 spent for 3 adults and 2 children to leave absolutely disgusted. Do it yourself, pay for the privilege and dont expect us to wash our hands before...
Read moreI recently decided to dine in at the Pizza Hut location but was met with a frustrating experience. My family and I arrived well before closing time, eager to enjoy our meal in the restaurant. However, we were immediately informed by the staff that they were closing soon, despite there being a full hour left before the posted closing time. They insisted that we could only place a takeaway order.
This was incredibly disappointing, as we had specifically planned to eat in. The staff's attitude was indifferent, and they seemed more focused on closing up early than accommodating paying customers. We reluctantly agreed to take our order to go.
When we got our pizza home, the quality was subpar. The crust was undercooked and doughy, and the toppings were sparse and unevenly distributed. The pizza was barely warm, which made it all the more unappetizing. Additionally, the garlic bread we ordered was burnt on the edges and soggy in the middle.
This experience left a bad taste in our mouths, both literally and figuratively. The lack of customer service, combined with the poorly prepared food, makes it unlikely that we will return to this Pizza Hut location. It's a shame that such a well-known chain can't deliver on basic...
Read moreLlandudno junction store wouldn't accommodate disabled person who doesn't own a smart phone. Apparently the only way to order food is on the qr card. The customer was building own confidence, going out for dinner. They had a phsyical card but staff would not help. They are discriminating against a person with a disability who is unable to work a smart phone due to there disability. They just quoted company policy. Manager Nicole was rude. Young girl serving Hannah was lovely and you could tell was uncomfortable with that was happening, she attually seemed upset. All staff have no name bages on for the personal touch, I had to ask for names. No check in on how is the food at all. The customer service literally is none existent. When ordering they even ask for a tip !!!
As we were finishing the staff 'TOOK' an order for the people on the next table. I asked about why someone was able to order when the disabled person couldn't ? We were told there staff !! So a disabled person with no smart phone was unable to order for themselves but a staff member could so they could get disscount. This is ridiculous. Good bye pizza hut, if this is now the norm for your business it...
