Rane Bengal — Restaurant in Wales

Amazing! Best Indian we have EVER eaten! We called in here on Tuesday evening after reading some fantastic reviews. As soon as we walked in we were greeted immediately. The gentleman was just that, a gentleman! We were ordering food to go as the restaurant isn't open for another few weeks. We had a few of questions about a couple of the dishes and they were more than happy to answer them. We ordered a Chicken Tikka Masala, Nawabi, Keema Rice, Onion Rice & a Keema Naan. Because we were walk in customers we got 10% off our bill, and because we were first time customers we were given some lovely mint yogurts & 4 poppadoms for free. As we waited we were both offered a complimentary glass of coke on the house. The service was 2nd to none, and the members of staff couldn't have been more helpful & welcoming!

The FOOD was OUTSTANDING!! This is no exaggeration! It was piping hot and the flavours were fantastic 👌 We have never eaten Indian food like this, and we can't wait to call in again, especially when the restaurant opens!

Thank you so much Rane Bengal for making us feel welcome & for treating us so kindly while we waited for our food. You don't get that anymore, and it's a testament to a 40 year old family business!!

Had a fabulous family dine in meal here recently. The food was absolutely delicious!! My husband had shish kebab starter and mutton jalfrazi, he said his meat was delicious and really tender. My son had amazingly tasty onion bhajis and chicken jalfrazi. My daughter had the tastiest chicken chaat starter I've ever tasted and chicken madras, which she did struggle (with spice level wise). I had chicken tikka starter and chicken dupiaza, it was beyond perfect! The naan was so soft and obviously freshly made. The staff were fabulous, so friendly and attentive. Thoroughly impressed with our delivery this evening. I'm not exaggerating; this was the nicest Indian food we have had for a very long time. We usually order from nearby takeaways via Just Eat, but have only recently discovered Food Hub.

Our order was delivered well within the timeframe specified, even on a busy Friday evening.

The food was delivered hot and was of a far superior quality to any other takeaway in the vicinity. I was extremely satisfied with my jalfriezi, and the other two people in my party were also exceptionally pleased with their balti and korma dishes.

The portion size was great - we were very pleased to have been issued a couple of extra poppadoms than what was advertised on the menu.

We will be back, with certainty.
