Favorite Chicken Morriston — Restaurant in Great Britain

Terrible customer service- from the lady working there.

This isn’t my first bad experience with her, but today was the last straw. I clearly ordered one item and she gave me something completely different. When I asked her to correct it, she tried to claim that’s what I asked for, when it absolutely wasn’t.

She’s also incredibly stingy with mayo every single time. On a previous visit, I ordered a family-sized bucket with 10 pieces of chicken and she only gave two mayo sachets. When I politely asked for more, she acted like it was a big favour rather than basic customer service.

To top it all off today, she messed up another customer’s order right after and gave him my chips instead of making fresh ones, basically cross-contaminating everything. Completely unacceptable both in terms of hygiene and attitude.

If management is reading this: the food is fine, but this one staff member is ruining the whole experience. Until she’s trained properly (or replaced), I won’t...

I ordered the boneless sampler meal on delivery direct on their website, the food arrived cold and the chicken was pink inside, I tried calling them and couldn’t get through because their phones were down or something so I ended up calling the main Swansea branch to try and contact the Morriston one, when I finally spoke to someone there they said the chicken is always cooked fresh and that it was put in an insulated bag, essentially refusing liability and any form of assistance. They refused to even replace or refund, I ended up having to drive to the shop myself to get some cooked fresh food, trying to claim it’s supposed to be pink and pointed on a sign in the photo which mentions the wings, all the chicken I ordered was boneless, so there’s no reason for red/pink/blood. Went with kids there for a take away. Place provide halal chicken dishes especially fried chicken. Wide varieties are there in the menu including buckets and combos. Liked the taste very much. French fries were also good. What stand aside was the speed of service they render. Kids also liked the taste very much. This is a new branch started recently. Easy to notice from a heavy traffic.
