Ordered 2 Corned beef pasties, 1 tomato pizza and 2 white Icing doughnuts.
I asked for 2 “fresh” corned beef pasties, I saw them coming off the baking rack so I assumed they’d be fresh, I was dead wrong. They were cold and weren’t flaky and did not taste fresh, it was the characteristic that they’d come from a fridge. I may as well had bought a Peter’s pastie from a retail store.
1 of 2 of the white iced ring doughnuts had four thick white animal hairs on the bottom and yes I checked I picked them off myself and I do not own any animals and it was straight out of the box and unfortunately it was my mouth that found the first of the 4 hairs.
The pizza was okay, apart from it being ice cold and way too saucy.
I used to love Jenkins and there’s a Greggs practically next door, I’d much prefer to go to Jenkins but after the severe quality issues of unfresh cold food with animal hair I’m not sure I’ll be going back until some one tell me that the quality improves, until then it looks like I’ll be going.
