Greggs — Restaurant in Wales

On Monday at 15.50 I placed an order for two pastries. And they said it’s going to be 20 minutes I said that’s fine. I always do this so that I can have a fresh hot food. But today (08/09/25) I went at16.10 to collect my food and back to my flat and try eat my food. I can’t believe this, the pastries are very cold. I called the shop (Morriston Greggs) that women don’t even want to listen to me she just put phone down on me. I tried three more times and she just did the same. I don’t know what to say about this customer service. They took my money but I couldn’t have fresh food and I can’t even make a complain either, they just ignored...

Great breakfast baguettes with orange juice for my partner and me while cleaning out the house and for lunch later, some lovely baguettes, wonderful jam doughnuts and large bottles of orange juice! A little on the pricey side but kept us going...

Nice place to pick up your breakfast and it's a really good deal, sausages not the nicest though. Has a good range of sandwiches, pastries and bread. Parking is on street which is almost impossible to park during...
