Charged me 22.50 for a 17.50 pouch of tobacco blamed it on the budget which raised tobacco 4 pence on a pound meaning tops I should of been charged 80 p more despite me having proof from the bank they took the 20.50 her excuse was I shouldn't of give him attitude. So be careful with attitude even if you are right. And as for what the night lads are on that's another matter. All in all a shop that's gone so bad doubt they can recover to reiterate she knew I was right at 530 am and still refused the refund even with the tobacco I didn't take ne xt to her. She seen me without food for three hrs because I returned theattitude I got. In short, their chicken place can't get a 5 star rating and everything they sell is cheaper in herons. Time to support Welsh businesses from here on in. 300 quid a week less from me two or three more and you'll be sacking familybers. Big News Store of Morriston, Wales, is very centrally located, in the town. It's a conveniencé store that has everything. It's bright & clean every time I've gone in to get essentials. The staff are helpful & friendly. It's relatively big, so there is also a good selection of whatever it is that you need. There's a few times I've ducked in out of the rain for a few minutes...and noticed that I do need to make an emergency purchase for home, be it milk or kitchen towels. A neighbour of mine a few streets over won big on the lottery at the store. I'm aware that it's one of Britain's lucky shops, for that! I am so so so impressed with the excellent customer service I received from Dash in Big News!

I called yesterday and asked if they could deliver some products to my Aunt for Christmas, who is vulnerable and lives all on her own. I live in ireland so i have no way of reaching her at all!

Dash sourced all the products I requested, which were top quality brands, and delivered them to my Aunt today.

Apparently it has made her Christmas, she was so happy to receive them.

I honestly can’t thank you enough. My family appreciates it so much!!!
