Snails Delicatessen — Restaurant in Wales

My first time at Snails Deli, it was very busy but we had booked a table as there were 4 of us, so we sat straight away, the service was slow but as the place was busy it was to be expected, when the waitress took our order, we ordered the stake baguette x 3 and cooked breakfast, a pot of tea (for 2) and a hot chocolate. When the tea arrived there was no sugar on the table so I asked for some and the waitress brought 3 sachets, and that was it, the food when it arrived was wrong so we sent it back, and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke coming from the smoking area (we were sat at the other end of the deli). Arrived at 3.10. Told me kitchen closed at 3. Ordered almond tart ×2 and cappuccino ×2(no chocolate). Tart was cheesecake which I mentioned I didn't like but no offer of alternative (asked to bag it for dog but they still didn't get the hint). Cappuccinos were watery latte - one with chocolate on top- couldn't wait all day for another) double gin took at least 15 minutes and came with unordered one which I tipped into double- a triple was awfully watery- as I didn't want ice can't put it down to that) . We came at the tail end of lunch, they were still busy so expected a little wait. However after 30 minutes the server came to us and told us she never actually sent our order through to the kitchen, so by the time we got our food it was quite a while after we arrived. I ordered the philly cheese steak, the onions and steak were charred, which for me is fine but for most people is unacceptable. The bun was quite tough, I really can't fathom how anyone could eat it as a sandwich without everything falling out. Please use a softer bun. No steak knife was given.
