Edit to address restaurants response: As you can see from my original review, this was the second time I received a spicy korma, the previous occasion being in 2023, so I really don't think it had anything to do with a mistake in order or packaging. Just wanted to warn other people who order kormas specifically because they're (usually) not spicy.

Original review: It was our second time trying this place tonight, because I thought the previous bad experience must have been a one off due to all of the good reviews. But no, it was bad again, unfortunately. On both occasions, the korma has been nothing like any korma I've had before... Firstly, it's spicy?! I've had to add my own extra yoghurt to it and it's still barely edible - I'm sure some people would like it but I order korma because I don't want spicy food. It's also barely sweet or creamy as described, and tastes more just like generic curry powder/leaf flavour. Secondly, the naans were both very chewy and barely have any flavour. And both the korma and balti have mms of oil swimming on top of them, and when I cut into the onion bhaji oil seeped onto my plate. So yeah, not a good experience, either time,...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Juboraj Rhiwbina, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch. The staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable dining experience.

The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the food. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavour and beautifully presented. I highly recommend the Kolapuri – it was a perfect blend of spices and heat, truly a treat for the taste buds. The portion sizes were generous, and each bite was more delicious than the last.

The ambiance of the restaurant added to the overall enjoyment of our meal. It was warm, inviting, and provided a perfect setting for a relaxed and enjoyable dinner.

Overall, Juboraj Rhiwbina exceeded all my expectations. If you're looking for a place with excellent service and mouth-watering food, this is the spot. I can't wait to visit again and explore more of their menu. Highly...

Came for a meal tonight, phoned to check for a table and there was, we were seated while the table was being made up, our drink order was taken immediately, the staff are attentive customer service was good but my only niggle with the staff was that not one person smiled which makes you feel a bit on edge rather than putting you at ease. I Ordered popadoms and dips a chicken tikka masala, chips, boiled rice and peshwari nan, popadoms were lovely and warm plenty of dips, Food came quickly the plates were hot and food was hot also, chicken tikka masala was very tasty, the chicken was tender not chewy, it was a little bit too spicy for a masala but was very tasty, peswari nan was amazing!
