Station Cafe — Restaurant in Wales

A reasonable cafe in a side road industrial/retail/scrap yard area. Nowadays it's not in as good shape as the picures show but fits in with the area. We visited as 12 bikers on a Saturday lunchtime and were almost the only customers. Food was ordered at a leisurely pace and the lady serving us said it would take a while for the food to be ready as there was only one man in the kitchen and she was right. Apart from not having enough baguettes for the some of the orders and changing them to roll orders with a 60p refund for those affected the food, when it did eventually arrive, was decent and of good portions. It's not a la carte dining but good side street cafe food at the relevant price.

Would I go again? No. but I bet that on a Monday to Friday they get plenty of trade from those working in the...

Well worth the walk when hungry after shops and castle tour. Great Portion size and good price reflective a normal person wants. clean and tidy higher standard than tourists traps up the road.
