Sweet Steve's — Restaurant in Wales

I’d give it a zero if I could. What a let down, this used to be our favourite spot as it was absolutely amazing but after the change of ownership it’s absolutely shocking! We won’t be returning spent £12.50 on pancakes to be given a stack of 55p pancakes from a pack I could’ve done it myself for cheaper.

Then a hotdog with grilled onions to be given raw onions and a sausage thinner than my pinky finger ontop of a hard bun 👎🏻 Inedible “chips”that I wouldn’t even feed to my dog👎🏻 The burger was the only thing edible!! worst £36 I’ve ever spent. Now to go out and find something that’s actually edible 👎🏻

Not to mention the fact the new owner allows people to smoke instore! My partner was stood in front of a vaping indoors👎🏻

EDIT: due to no reply option, it’s funny how now 4 months later after ample shocking reviews you state you’ve reached out to rectify this however this simply isn’t true! You sent me a message which was later “unsent by sender”, you delete every single comment I make on your Facebook... I wonder why?

Just had a delivery of waffles and American triple pancakes, well how disappointing are the pancakes and ice cream, ice cream was melted and there is no way the pancakes are American, there was hardly any syrup and they had folk marks in them they were very dark in colour and were the size of small shop bought from Tesco, I called the shop to speak to the owner or manager and told there isn’t a manager, and there was no management available, I was told to leave my phone no and they would pass it on for someone to get back to me, what a very disappointing pudding, I called a second time to ask if my phone no was passed onto the boss and had a backlash of a young woman who said she was the manager and accused me of calling again and asking if my no was passed on to the owner, there was a lack of communication skills as this woman (manager) did not handle the situation properly It ended up me returning the badly sized and prepared pancakes and ice cream and having to wait...

Food was okay little cold but could still eat it , my issue was with service , so we placed an order and we was suppose to receive a free ice cream due to spending over a certain amount with them our order was £25 , once I sat down and realised I thought I’ll pop them a call and let them know , I told the lady that I’d placed an order and the ice cream wasn’t in it and she asked me to give her a minute, I could hear what was going on I heard someone asking where the delivery was delivered to and she gave the location the staff started laughing while I was sat on the phone then hung up , I wouldn’t of minded if they politely delt with this and shown one of there customers a little respect , they could of even said I’m really sorry we’re a little busy and unable to head back up that way I would of been okay but u didn’t think to treat a customer that...
